Salesforce Administrator

As a **Salesforce Administrator (M/F/d)** you will be responsible for the entire Sales area of Auvesy - MDT for all regions and locations, reporting directly to our Director of Global channels and making a decisive contribution to the success of our vision. The role is available immediately on a full-time basis. You have the possibility to work hybrid or in our modern equipped office.

**Your challenges and opportunities**:

- ** Administration**: You will Administer, support, and optimize our Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (incl. CPQ billing) and connected systems
- ** Handling**: You will be responsible for the administration of the CRM platform (including rights management, license management, release management of developments)
- ** Responsibility**: You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation process (documentation, project planning, implementation, training, and maintenance) of connected solutions
- ** Development and innovation**:You will take care of the constant development and innovate market leading solutions which integrate into our existing IT architecture
- ** Management**: You have the responsibility to take care of all the external Salesforce service providers
- ** Education**: You will continuously user education and training
- ** Implementation**: You will be mapping business processes with focus on marketing & sales
- ** Optimization**: You are responsible for enhancing underlying business processes including analysis and evaluation for best practices
- ** Improvement**: You will constantly measure and optimize CRM sales and marketing activities

**Our expectations**:

- ** Education**: You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred and you have at least 3+ years of experience administering or developing on Salesforce platform
- ** Experience**: You had already the opportunity to work with Salesforce clouds sales and commerce
- ** Closeness**:You are familiar with customizing Salesforce Cloud components
- ** Understanding**: You have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- ** Basic knowledge**: If you could bring some sklills of Hubspot is also a plus
- ** Skills**:You are always motivated to think solution/process-oriented and you bring a strong analytical skills to the team
- ** Motivation**: Self-starter - willingness to constantly develop and implement innovative ideas
- ** Language skills**:You have Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- ** Documentation**: You are able to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner
