Mit einem diversen, engagierten Team aus über 50 erfahrenen und spezialisierten Generalist:innen beraten wir Unternehmen, Verbände und Ministerien in den Bereichen Corporate Affairs und Policy Advice. Gemeinsam mit unseren Auftraggeber:innen erarbeiten wir so Kommunikations-strategien, die sie in die Lage versetzen, Entwicklungen frühzeitig zu antizipieren, sich vorausschauend aufzustellen und relevante Kernbotschaften gegenüber politischen Entscheidungsträger:innen und der Öffentlichkeit wirksam zu kommunizieren.

**Senior Associate Corporate Communications/Public Sector (w/m/x/k.A.)**

der/die Berufserfahrung in einer Beratungsagentur, einer Institution, einem Unternehmen oder Verband im Bereich der politisch-gesellschaftlichen Kommunikation oder der Medienarbeit mitbringt und über fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich der Konzeption, Umsetzung sowie Steuerung von Kampagnen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen verfügt und ein Team prozess
- sowie zielorientiert führen und motivieren kann.

**Was Du außerdem mitbringst.**
- integriertes Kommunikationsverständnis, stilsicheres Formulierungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Inhalte in den unterschiedlichen Formaten und Bereichen (Redaktion, Digital, Events, PR u.a.) zu konzipieren
- analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke, großes Interesse an gesellschaftspolitischen Debatten, Motivation sich auch mit komplexen Themen auseinanderzusetzen
- selbständige, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, souveränes Projektmanagement, Bereitschaft für und Erfahrungen mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden
- empathisches, verbindliches Auftreten, hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Erfahrungen in der Personal
- und Teamführung, Loyalität
- flexibles Denken und Arbeiten - auch jenseits des Pfads, überdurchschnittlicher Einsatz, Mut zur Haltung und Spaß an der Arbeit für und mit Kund:innen
- Kommunikationsstärke und ein persönliches Netzwerk an der Schnittstelle von Gesellschaft, Medien und Politik, ehrenamtliches und/oder parteipolitisches Engagement erwünscht
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
