Für unser **Headquarter in Hamburg** oder für unser **Office in Berlin** suchen wir ab sofort eine/n **Label Solutions Associate (m/w/d)** zur Verstärkung des Teams Label Solutions.

**Job Description**:
Du fungierst als erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für den zugewiesenen Kundenstamm und bist verantwortlich für das Management des gesamten KünstlerIn-/Label-Lifecycle, beginnend mit dem Zeitpunkt der Vertragsunterzeichnung.
- Onboarding: Gemeinsam mit dem Team New Business sorgst du für ein umfassendes und serviceorientiertes Onboarding in unseren internen Systemen/Tools sowie die Leitung der administrativen Verwaltung der Vertragsvereinbarung
- Strategieumsetzung: Du betreust und unterstützt deine Kunden bei der Umsetzung und Ausschöpfung des vollen Potenzials jeder Veröffentlichung und gemäß der labelspezifischen Wachstums
- & Marketingstrategie
- Vertrieb: Du steuerst die Produkt-/Release-Entwicklung entsprechend der Zielgruppen, des Vertriebskanals, des Produktdesigns, der Management-/Labelspezifikationen vs. Kosten/Effizienz und Erfolgschancen
- Operations/Tools/Services: Du gehst pro-aktiv auf den bestehenden Kundenstamm zu, stellst Ihnen für sie relevante Services und Neuerungen vor
- Business-review: Du schaust dir regelmäßig die Zusammenarbeit im Ganzen an; gemeinsam mit dem Kunden und anhand von KPI identifizierst du Strategieänderungen
- Re-Signing: Gemeinsam mit New Business gehst du mit deinem Kunden in die Neuverhandlung; immer transparent und fair, mit Respekt vor der/dem Musikschaffenden und mit einer hohen Expertise für die Marktgegebenheiten

**Qualifications**:

- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Musikbranche als Produktmanager, Label Manager, Artist Relations Manager (m/w/d) in einer digital ausgerichteten Organisation
- Du bist in der Lage, selbstständig zu arbeiten und Probleme kreativ und schnell zu lösen
- Du kommunizierst spielerisch auf allen Ebenen und beweist jederzeit ein hohes Maß an emotionaler Intelligenz; auch in der digitalen Kommunikation
- Der Erfolg deiner Kunden/Releases motiviert dich, konsequent suchst du aktiv nach Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung von Service & Angeboten
- Du hast eine proaktive, energiegeladene Einstellung und den Wunsch, in einer ergebnisorientierten Umgebung zu arbeiten
- Du hast exzellentes Zeitmanagement und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
- Außerdem bist du sehr teamfähig und hast Freude an funktionsübergreifender Arbeit auf verschiedenen Ebenen
