As an NLP Scientist/NLP Researcher and Developer, you will be responsible for conducting research and development in the field of NLP for solving tasks in topic detection, text classification, aspect-based sentiment analysis and relation extraction. This will include designing and implementing NLP algorithms and models, as well as conducting experiments to evaluate their performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and development in the field of NLP, including designing and implementing NLP algorithms and models
- Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of NLP algorithms and models
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in NLP research and technology

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience working in the field of NLP, including experience designing and implementing NLP algorithms and models
- Experienced with using and tweaking BERT-based and LSTM based models.
- Proficient with Python and Jupyter notebook
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, such as tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, and syntactic parsing
- Experience with popular NLP libraries and frameworks, such as NLTK, spay, and Scikit-learn
- Experience in one of the popular deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git is plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus
