**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**

**INCLUSIVE BY DESIGN**:
**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- Capable of executing high-end, creative retouching that includes colour correction, composition, and scene creation with a strong understanding of print processes.
- Provide input during brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to enhance the visual.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into creative retouching.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in AI-based image and video, with expertise in AI-centric projects.
- Experts in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Capture one, and Adobe Lighroom
- Knowledge about Adobe Premier and Aftereffect is a plus.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in creative retouching.
- Degree in photography, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Showcase a diverse range of projects highlighting proficiency in Retouch that also include AI-based projects with a breakdown.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Team player & time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality and visually appealing content.
