Check am besten sofort die Jobbeschreibung und bewirb dich einfach.Für unseren namhaften Kunden in Wiesbaden-Schierstein suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Junior Operator / Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Einsatz im 4-Schichtbetrieb.

Das Portfolio des Kunden umfasst Dienstleistungen und silikonbasierte Produkte wie Silikonöle, Vernetzersysteme und Flüssigsilikone. Als ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Technologien und Innovationen auf Basis von Silizium bedient der Geschäftsbereich Kunden weltweit.

Was wirst du tun:

- Bedienen verschiedener Anlagen zur Herstellung von Silikonprodukten im Batchbetrieb
- Steuern und Überwachen der Produktions
- und Nebenanlagen
- Rohstoff Einwaage und Zugabe.
- Rohstoffannahme sowie Rohstoffeingangskontrollen
- Bedienung von Abfüllanlagen
- Durchführung einfacher Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Vorbereitung von Anlagenabstellungen im Rahmen von Turnarounds
- Mitarbeitet bei EH&S- und Verbesserungsprogrammen

Was bringst du mit:

- Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
- Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
