- RETAIL TRAINER (M/W/D)
- IHRE AUFGABEN- Als Retail Trainer Deutschland implementieren Sie die übergeordnete Retail-Trainingstrategie und passen sie an lokale Bedürfnisse an. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Bucherer-Headquarter in Luzern sowie dem Führungsteam und den Stores in Deutschland zusammen.- Trainingsbedarfsanalyse und -abstimmung
- Erhebung des lokalen Trainings-Bedarfs, durch Beobachtungen, Stakeholder-Gespräche und Analyse von KPIs und Mystery Shopping Resultaten
- Identifikation der Wissenslücken mit Fokus auf Produktwissen (d.h. Uhren
- und Schmuckwissen auf Kategorie-, nicht Markenebene) und Retail Excellence (d.h. Hospitality und Clienteling)
- Beratung von anderen internen Abteilungen in Trainingsfragen (z.B. CRM, Compliance, Sicherheit)
- Feedback und Austausch mit HQ, Geschäftsführer, Verkaufsleiter zum Thema Training und weiterführenden Themen wie Qualität, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, etc.
- Definition und Umsetzung des lokalen Trainingsplanes
- Erarbeitung eines lokalen Trainingskalenders basierend auf der globalen Retail-Trainingstrategie, lokalen Trainingsbedarf sowie Geschäftszielen, in Abstimmung mit anderen internen Abteilungen, die Trainings verantworten (z.B. CRM, Compliance, Sicherheit)
- Organisation der Trainings im Store oder virtuell für die Themenfelder Produktwissen und Retail Excellence
- Eigenständige Durchführung dieser Trainings oder in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
- Messung und Reporting des Schulungserfolges anhand definierter KPIs
- Einholen von Feedbacks für die Erfolgsmessung und zur Verbesserung der Trainingsqualität
- Tracking und Reporting der Teilnahmequote und Feedbacks pro Training
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Trainingsangebots bei Bucherer in den Bereichen Produktwissen und Retail Excellence
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Global Head of Retail sowie ggf. Mitarbeit in Learning & Development Projekten
- IHRE KOMPETENZEN- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Retail Trainer, vorzugsweise in der Luxusbranche
- Erfahrung im Management eines internen und externen Trainernetzwerks (inkl. Train-the-Trainer)
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit unterschiedlichsten Zielgruppen
- Stilsicheres Auftreten, einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Hospitality und Kundenorientierung
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Geographische Flexibilität innerhalb Deutschlands
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute CRM Kenntnisse (Salesforce von Vorteil)
- Affinität für/ Interesse an Uhren und Schmuck von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Erstellen von E-Learnings von Vorteil
