**Market Deployment Specialist (M/F/x)**

The One Digital team enhances the complete customer journey, starting from when the customers learn about AGCO´s products and farming solutions through their entire performance life cycle. The Market Deployment Specialist (MDS) leads the deployment of Digital Solutions in a given market (or market cluster) following the co-deployment approach together with the brands according to the defined methodology. The MDS is responsible for planning and preparation of deployments for a certain set of Digital Solutions products according to the master planning and it's timely and high quality execution. The MDS is an integral part of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO)

**This is what you can expect**
- Management of all deployment activities - aligned with key stakeholder management - training coordination, quality assurance, status and progress reporting tasks. Escalate issues and risks as required.
- Planning and preparation of the market deployment including dealer by dealer detailed on-boarding and training planning - adapting the deployment approach to the local specificities of the market.
- Steering of timelines, resources and budget, and defining/communicating key milestones with the Brand Success Managers, National Sales Managers as well as Area Sales Managers. Ensures regular communication to Dealers Principals and being the key contact for the market in all regards of Digital.

- Detailed knowledge of the following:

- Project management skills, preferred agile Project Management experience
- Expertise with training and deployment of digital tools
- Good working knowledge of the following:

- Coordination of many parties, both internally and externally
- Monitoring adoption KPIs of dealers in the market as well as deviation of as-is against plan and define corrective actions as required.
- business fluent in English and German in combination with outstanding communication skills and a strong ability to build (internal) networks
- willingness to travel
