- Durchführung der Grundpflege unter Einhaltung der Pflegekonzepte.
- Unterstützung bei der Pflegediagnostik
- und Planung.
- Das Festhalten aller Tätigkeiten in der Pflegedokumentation.
- Betreuung der Patienten.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen als Krankenpflegehelfer bzw. Altenpflegehelfer..
- Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Teamfähigkeit, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein ausgeglichenes soziales Wesen zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie sind sehr kollegial eingestellt und gehen sehr liebenswert mit den Ihnen anvertrauten Patienten um.
- Spaß an Ihrem Beruf und Teamgeist.
