As a science brand, we are best known for our distinctive animated videos and our elaborate products around the kurzgesagt theme worlds. Through our globally successful YouTube channel with over 19 million subscribers, we aim to inspire people around the world about science and make knowledge accessible and exciting. - Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who speaks German fluently. Therefore the following job description will be in German._Unser internationales Team besteht aktuell aus ca. 62 großartigen Kollegen und Kolleginnen. Um mit uns zusammen unser weiteres Wachstum zu gestalten, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung als:
**Werkstudent (M/F/d) / Working Student Office Management**
Standort: München
Arbeitszeit: ca. 20 Stunden/Woche

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Organisation und Bestellung von Büromaterialien, Getränken, etc.
- Bearbeitung der Ein
- und Ausgangspost sowie Paketversand
- Support bei der Instandhaltungs der Büroräume, Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Büro
- Akten
- und Dokumentenpflege sowie Recherchetätigkeiten
- Unterstützung bei In-house Veranstaltungen, z.B. Organisation des Caterings und Bestückung des Konferenzraumes
- Unterstützung des People & Organisation Teams (HR) sowie Übernahme von Mitarbeitergeschenken
- Schnittstelle zu internen Teams

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bist an einer (Fach-)Hochschule immatrikuliert und kannst uns an mind. 2 Tagen pro Woche tatkräftig unterstützen
- Dienstleistungsmentalität; du hilfst gerne aus und bist unsere gute Seele
- Hands-on Mentalität und Lust auf eine kreative Arbeitsumgebung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office Programmen (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Mitdenkend, lösungsorientiert und anpackend
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
