**Senior Visual Designer (w/m/d) - hybrid**:
**Deine Mission und deine Aufgaben**:
Gemeinsam mit dem Brand Design Team sorgst du dafür, dass heo wiedererkannt wird: Kreativ, mutig und zielstrebig
- Du erarbeitest selbstständig innovative Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Corporate Identity und pflegst das Visual sowie Corporate Design.
- Du entwickelst im Team und in Eigenregie exzellente Designs (digital & analog), dabei hast du stets die übergeordneten Style
- und Kommunikationsziele im Blick.
- In Projekten übernimmst du Verantwortung und die Steuerung von Partnern. Die Einhaltung von geplanten Meilensteinen ist für dich gelebte Selbstverständlichkeit.

**Hier erkennst du dich wieder**:

- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Visual Designer in einem digitalen Umfeld
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Design-Sprache und hast mehrere Style Guides mit aufgebaut
- Deine fundierte Praxiserfahrung zeigt sich in innovativen Ideen und einem Auge für Gestaltung und Typografie
- Deine Adobe Illustrator, InDesign und Photoshop Fähigkeiten sind ausgezeichnet
- Aufgeschlossenheit, Empathie und ein hohes Verantwortungs
- sowie Qualitäts-Bewusstsein zeichnen dich aus
- Die Einarbeitung in neue Design
- oder Marketingtools ist eine positive Herausforderung für dich
