Als Director of Finance bist du die bedeutende Schlüsselperson unseres Finance Teams und verantwortlich für die internationale Korrespondenz mit den Tochtergesellschaften, die Beaufsichtigung und Verwaltung aller Aspekte der Finanzbuchhaltung und des Berichtswesens der Gruppe sowie die Optimierung der Finanzprozesse. Mit unserem World-Class-Team, derzeit 7 Teammitglieder, wirst du eine zentrale Rolle spielen, um die Grenzen der Drohnentechnologie zu erweitern.

Du arbeitest eng mit allen Beteiligten zusammen, um die finanzielle Integrität, die Einhaltung von Vorschriften und die strategische Entscheidungsfindung durch genaue und zeitnahe Finanzinformationen zu gewährleisten. Mit diesem reibungslosen Finanzprozess unterstützt du Quantum Systems bei der Mission mit unbemannten Luftfahrtsystemen (sUAV) zum Maßstab für Datenerfassungslösungen aus der Luft zu werden.

**What is your Day to Day Mission**:

- **Finanzplanung**:Verantwortlich für die Koordinierung des jährlichen Budgetierungsprozesses und der langfristigen Finanzplanung. Entwicklung von Finanzprognosen und -projektionen zur Unterstützung der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung und der Ressourcenzuweisung.
- ** Anorganisches Wachstum**:Identifizierung von M&A-Zielen, die mit den betrieblichen Erfordernissen und der Vision des Unternehmens in Einklang stehen. Verantwortlich für das Koordinieren und Begleiten des M&A-Prozesses.
- ** Investo**renbeziehungen**:Verantwortlich für die Berichterstattung und Kommunikation mit bestehenden Investoren sowie für die Koordination und Durchführung von Finanzierungsrunden mit potenziellen neuen Investoren - vom DD-Prozess über die Kommunikation bis hin zum Dokumentenmanagement.
- ** C-level **K**ommuni**k**ation**: Effektive Kommunikation von Finanzergebnissen, Prognosen und Empfehlungen an Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen. Vorbereitung der notwendigen Analysen und Informationen für die strategische Entscheidungsfindung.
- ** Proje**k**tm**anagement**: Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Rationalisierung von Prozessen im Finanzbereich sowie zur Verbesserung der Effizienz. Initiierung, Leitung und Überwachung eigenständiger Projekte. Kontinuierliche Optimierung des konzernweiten ERP-Systems als Single-Data-Source.
- ** Kostensenkung**:Identifizierung von Kostensenkungshebeln zur Verbesserung der Liquiditätssituation und eigenständige Verfolgung dieser. Erstellung von Chancen
- und Risikoprofilen zur Entscheidungsfindung auf C-Level.
- ** Liquid**itätsm**anagement**:Einrichtung und Aufrechterhaltung wirksamer interner Kontrollen zur Sicherung der Vermögenswerte des Unternehmens sowie zur Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Liquidität für den Geschäftsbetrieb. Überwachung der Einhaltung von Kontrollen und Identifizierung von Bereichen mit Verbesserungsbedarf.
- ** Team**führung**:Leitung, Entwicklung und Förderung eines Teams von Finanzfachleuten in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Treasury, Controlling und anderen Funktionen. Förderung einer Kultur der Verantwortlichkeit, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung innerhalb der Finanzabteilung in allen Tochtergesellschaften.
- ** Rechnungsprüfung**:Hauptansprechpartner für interne und externe Audits. Verantwortlich für die Koordinierung der Prüfungsaktivitäten, die Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen und Erklärungen sowie die fristgerechte Bearbeitung der Prüfungsfeststellungen.
- ** Einhaltung der Steuergesetze**:Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Steuergesetze und -vorschriften, einschließlich der fristgerechten Einreichung von Steuererklärungen und Zahlungen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern zur Minimierung von Steuerverbindlichkeiten und Maximierung der Steuereffizienz.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Du besitzt einen Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem ähnlichen Bereich; MBA oder CPA von Vorteil.
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement mit, idealerweise in der Luft
- und Raumfahrt
- oder Technologiebranche.
- Du hast vertiefte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanzberichterstattung, Budgetierung, Prognosen, Buchhaltung und Finanzanalyse.
- Du kannst Erfolge bei der Leitung und Entwicklung von Finanzteams nachweisen.
- Du hast ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Du hast ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zur effektiven Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen in Englisch und Deutsch.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für geschäftliche Zusammenhänge und die Fähigkeit, Finanzdaten in strategische Empfehlungen umzusetzen.
