Als **Legal Counsel / Jurist (m/w/d)** unterstützt du mit deinem rechtswissenschaftlichen Sachverstand unsere bestehende Rechtsabteilung und bist standortübergreifend Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Unternehmensbereiche und Tochtergesellschaften. Hierbei reicht deine Beratungskompetenz von allen Fragen rund um das (IT-)Vertragsrecht über das Gesellschaftsrecht bis hin zur Begleitung von Ausschreibungsverfahren innerhalb der IT-Branche.

**Das gibt es zu tun**:

- Du bist Teil des Legal-Teams und standortübergreifende:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Beratung aller anfallenden Rechtsfragen mit Fokus auf Gesellschaftsrecht, (IT-)Vertragsrecht und Vergaberecht im IT-Bereich
- Deine Beratungskompetenz spiegelt sich sowohl in unseren internen Unternehmensbereichen als auch extern wider
- Du begleitest Ausschreibungsverfahren und laufende Kundenprojekte
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache
- Du förderst den teaminternen Wissenstransfer in rechtswissenschaftlichen Themen und bringst sowohl die Abteilung als auch das Team auf das nächste Level

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast großes Interesse an IT und möchtest an der zukunftsträchtigen Schnittstelle zwischen Jura und Digitalisierung mitwirken
- Du bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei oder einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen mit, vorzugsweise aus der IT-Branche
- Du kannst einen sehr guten Abschluss eines rechtswissenschaftlichen Studiums an einer Universität mit der ersten Prüfung und einen anschließenden Vorbereitungsdienst (Rechtsreferendariat) mit der zweiten Staatsprüfung vorweisen
- Du hast eine selbstständige sowie pragmatische Arbeitsweise und weißt, Prioritäten abzuwägen sich in neue Sachverhalte auch schnell einarbeiten zu können
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift vorweisen
