We are seeking a resourceful **Corporate Communications Specialist **to join our team in Dresden, Germany. Working closely with the Dresden Communication Lead, your focus will be internal communications for the GF Dresden site and its more than 3,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to development of internal communication strategies and drive their effective implementation.
- Work with Dresden GM and his leadership team to assure effective site-wide communication (regular manager and all-hands meetings).
- Write regularly for internal communication channels and post them on the company’s Intranet as well as utilize GF’s video infrastructure as a communication tool.
- Work closely with global internal communication teams to ensure alignment of communication messaging.
- Ensure brand identity across all communication channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications/public relations
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams, regions, and cultures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with videography and video editing.
- Native German speaker, very good spoken/written English.
