Die Position

Wir suchen eine/-n motivierte/-n Working Student (m/w/d) Talent Acquisition, der/die unser Team unterstützt und unsere Bewerbermanagement Strategien voranbringt.

In deiner täglichen Arbeit fokussierst du dich auf die Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Bewerbungsprozesses und leistest einen wertvollen Beitrag zu verschiedensten, spannenden Projektvorhaben.

Unser Talent Acquisition Team unterstützt sowohl unsere internen operativen Teams als auch unsere Portfoliounternehmen. Diese Gruppe engagierter Expert\*innen ist darauf spezialisiert, die besten Mitarbeiter\*innen für den Aufbau und das Wachstum von Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu finden, zu gewinnen und an Bord zu bringen.

**Sei verantwortlich für**:

- Suche potenzieller Kandidaten für eine Positionen über verschiedene Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Xing oder ähnlichem
- Ermittlung von Stellenanforderungen und idealen Kandidaten Profilen zusammen mit verantwortlichen Hiring Manager\*innen
- Erstkontakt mit Kandidaten über kreative Vermittlung des Stellenangebots bis zur Planung und Durchführung erster Vorstellungsgespräche
- Zufriedenheit der Kandidat\*innen während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses als Kontaktperson
- Einblick in verschiedene Abteilungen unseres Unternehmens und der unserer Venture durch Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Hiring Manger\*innen

Dein Profil
- Aktuelles Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder ähnlichen relevanten Studiengängen
- Erste Arbeitserfahrungen durch Praktika, freiwillige Projekte oder ähnliches
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
- Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation und Arbeitseinstellung
- Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Bitte beachte, dass wir Unterstützung im Berlin-er Büro unseres Portfoliounternehmens suchen. Die Berechtigung, innerhalb der EU zu arbeiten, ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
