**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Sicherung und Ausbau des bestehenden Geschäftes
- Erarbeitung des jährlichen Absatz-/Umsatzplans
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung kundenorientierter Vertriebsstrategien
- Ergebnisorientierte Steuerung des Vertriebsinnendienstes
- Kommunikation zwischen Markt und Technik/Entwicklung/ Produktion
- Entwicklung von SAP-geführten Prozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Umsetzung des Personal Development Prozesses für Ihr Team
**Dein Profil**:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Analytisches, unternehmerisches Denken
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Überzeugungskraft und Kommunikationsstärke auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette eines Industrieunternehmens
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
- Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
