In order to support the long-term growth course of **Kymati**, we are looking for an experienced **Chief Financial Officer (M/F/d)**.

**Key responsibilities**
- Drive the financial planning and serve as a financial advisor for strategic purposes, working in close alignment with the Managing Director
- Provide financial leadership and coordination to the team by defining goals and budget, monitoring performance and actively steering direction
- Oversee the financial operations in terms of accounting, controlling, tax, cash flow management, reporting and stakeholder communication
- Take the lead on fundraising strategies, liaising with key investment partners and consistently provide financial guidance
- Act as a sparring partner to the Managing Director for negotiating the terms and conditions of high-level business proposals and contracts
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
- Strong working knowledge and several years of successful expertise in a comparable position
- Either a completed degree, adequate further training or equivalent professional experience
- Solid skills in Finance reporting tools, and the ability to translate numbers into key business advice and actions
- Competence in fundraising at different stages of the business, VC and PE liaising, as well as regular reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Demonstrated success in strategic thinking, planning and problem-solving
- A hands-on mentality and a focus on practical implementation
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
