Your tasks

**Your tasks**:

- Overall accountability for business architecture for and creation and further development of a common business platform
- Process owner accountable for the development and deployment of the produce process
- Continuously optimize the common global LLP/4PL business platform and underlying landscape
- Ensure efficient solution implementation in close cooperation with operations
- Ensure the generation and implementation of innovations as demanded by customers and/or the market in a structured process focusing on economic success
- Primary accountability for SCT budget
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the SCT organization based on strategic skill and role management to serve SDS strategy and enable effective deployment of the common business platform
- Drive harmonization of processes across customer departments to create alignment with common business platform and enable quality business performance
- Establish and ensure deployment of KPIs for the main business processes including the provisioning of systems and tools for active performance measurement jointly with operations
- Leadership of the SDS SCT team to implement a business platform in a scalable way utiliz-ing available resources across DB Schenker network

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Several years' relevant working experience in a similar role
- Previous exposure in shipping or logistics industry is a definite advantage
- Understanding of business and IT processes and their interdependencies
- Strong customer-centric service orientation and understanding of complex concepts
- Self-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Team player with very good communication skills
- High business model, system affinity and challenger mentality
- Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
