Die **Eurofit Group (Radsystem GmbH Hannover ) **ist ein Joint Venture von Continental und Michelin; ein äußerst zuverlässiger, internationaler Partner für die Reifen-Rad-Montage in der Automobilindustrie.

Als **Maintenance Technician / Instandhaltungstechniker (m/w/d)** bist du verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung und Optimierung unserer Produktionsanlagen und stellst sicher, dass die Sicherheits
- und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.

**Dein Aufgabengebiet**:
Bereich 1 - Produktion / Technik
- Wartung, Überprüfung und Instandsetzung von Produktionsmaschinen für die Komplettradmontage inklusive der Fördertechnik, Anlagen der Haustechnik sowie Anlagen zur Energieversorgung
- Betreuung und Optimierung von Produktionsmaschinen zur Erreichung einer höchstmöglichen Effizienz und Anlagenverfügbarkeit
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Optimierungsprojekten
- Vorbereitung der Maschinen für die Zertifizierung und Audits mit dem Quality Manager/ Quality Technician
- Führung und Verwaltung des Ersatzteillagers

Bereich 2 - Qualität
- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Wartung und Pflege aller Gegenstände
- Einhaltung von Umwelt-, Sicherheits
- und Qualitätsstandards
- Entwicklung einer Mentalität der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

**Dein Profil**:

- _**Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung**_ im Bereich Mechanik, Elektrik oder Mechatronik _**oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker**_ im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik
- _Kenntnisse der geltenden IATF-Grundsätze_
- Sichere PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- Selbständige und kooperative Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit, hohes Engagement, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst, sowie teilweise Wochenendarbeit
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
