YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Operator you run one of our process plants and characterization tools to achieve the quality goals and the planned production volume. In addition, you will perform daily business tasks such as documentation and support preventive and corrective maintenance. For this purpose, you will be trained by experienced colleagues at the various production facilities and characterization equipment and gain extensive insights into all areas of the process chain in order to be able to act flexibly and across teams.
ABOUT YOU
- Technical education and relevant experience in the profession learned or several years of professional experience in a technical profession
- Professional experience with automated process equipment in a manufacturing facility
- An independent, efficient, and conscientious way of working
- A self-motivated and open personality with a quality-conscious way of working
- Affinity for physics and chemistry and technical skills
- Suitability for clean rooms and willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Good team player and communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and basic English
YOUR TASKS
- Operating and monitoring of process equipment (eg. CVD, chemical etching, etc.) and handling equipment
- Operation and monitoring of characterization equipment
- Data acquisition and documentation of manufacturing steps
- Carrying out and supporting preventive maintenance
- Implementation and support of plant modifications
- Implementation and documentation of quality controls
- Transport and handling of silicon wafers
- Compliance with and implementation of regulations and requirements for occupational safety, health and environmental protection
- Support process and engineering team in the construction and commissioning of newly developed plants
