Our products and brands are developed in the heart of Berlin. Our headquarters are located just one stop from the main train station. We currently have about 65 employees from 15 nations working in the departments Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Design, Product Development, IT, B2B and B2C Sales, People & Organisation and BI & Controlling. We sell our two brands (more are planned) via our own online shops, marketplaces and retail partners. Since 2018, GG Brands has been part of the Gala Group with several international subsidiaries. With its proven e-commerce expertise, GG Brands GmbH assumes an important role for the group's current and future online sales.

To reinforce our team we are looking for a

**Customer Service Agent (all genders) - French-speaking**

**Your Job**
- You process written enquiries and complaints from our online shop customers.
- You also answer customer enquiries on Amazon and respond to our customers' reviews on Trustpilot and Google.
- You handle refunds and voucher creation and process PayPal, Amazon Pay and Mollie claims.
- You will be in contact with our community via Facebook and Instagram and respond to their comments.
- In the high season you support the training and supervision of temporary staff.
- You will pass on problems and customer feedback to the team so that we can improve our customer satisfaction in the long term.
- You also support projects to improve the customer experience and our own processes.

**What you bring**
- You are able to communicate fluently in French (written and spoken) and have a basic knowledge of English.
- If you also speak German or Italian, this is an advantage, but not a must.
- It is important that you are reliable and have a service
- and customer-oriented mindset.
- Even with harsh comments from customers and complaints, you always remain professional and helpful.
- You like to solve problems and help people.
- You are a team player, flexible and have great attention to detail.
