Mit einem ~150-köpfigen Team und vier Kollektionen im Jahr zeigen wir bei ARMEDANGELS, dass sich Verantwortung und gutes Produktdesign nicht ausschließen.
**Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei**:
- Als Werkstudent*in unterstützt Du unser Logistik-Team vor allem bei administrativen Tätigkeiten.
- Du beauftragst sowohl für nationale als auch internationale B2B Aufträge Speditionen und trackst die Zustellung dieser.
- Du setzt unsere saisonalen Langzeitlieferantenerklärungen auf und pflegst diese.
- Du unterstützt uns bei verschiedenen Rechnungsprüfungsvorbereitung.
- Dabei bist Du für das Tracking unserer Zolldokumente verantwortlich und prüfst diese auf ihre Vollständigkeit.
- Außerdem bereitest Du unsere Zolleinsprüche vor und trackst diese ebenfalls.
- Du bereitest wöchentlich Anlieferforecast für unser Lager vor.
- In Deiner Funktion kommunizierst Du mit internen Kollegen aus dem Einkauf und ihr holt gemeinsam u.a. verbindliche VZTA beim Zoll ein.
- Du übernimmst kleine Researchprojekte.
**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:
- Du studierst aktuell im Bereich Logistik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, optimalerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, und kannst uns bestenfalls ab sofort als Werkstudent*in für 20 h/Woche unterstützen.
- Vorzugsweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit den Abläufen in der Logistik durch Praktika oder eine vorangegangene Speditionsausbildung.
- Die gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen insbesondere Excel beherrscht Du richtig gut.
- Bestenfalls ist Dir der Umgang mit der ERP-Software (Fashion XL) bereits vertraut.
- Du bist sehr zuverlässig und gewissenhaft und zeichnest Dich durch Deine Zahlenaffinität aus.
- Du behältst auch in turbulenten Phasen dank Deines Organisationstalents einen kühlen Kopf und vor allem den Überblick.
- Du hast sehr gute Sprach
- und Schreibkenntnisse in der deutschen und englischen Sprache, bist kommunikativ und es macht Dir Spaß im Team zu arbeiten.
