Your role at ZEISS Digital Partners:
Your role at ZEISS Digital- Define, implement, and evolve the strategic direction and roadmap for ZEISS’ Enterprise customer data platform (CDP) based on business/marketing needs, market trends and insights, and Enterprise MarTech Roadmap priorities- Lead all aspects of the implementation of an Enterprise Customer data platform that supports all marketing divisions- Work with Architecture and Engineering teams to guide and manage the detailed design and build of the Enterprise CDP for each ZEISS division- Guide the planning, prioritization, and implementation of future initiatives on the CDP roadmap, including the integration of our CRM and MarTech initiatives- Work alongside divisional marketing and analytics teams to support the end-to-end understanding & governance of each division’s customer, prospect, and marketing data needs- Partner with Data Architects on the standards, methodologies, and governance for coordinating and configuring CDP opportunities- Determine all desired orchestration system integrations and required data for each system- Track and estimate impact of CDP delivery initiatives on divisional business outcomes
This role is going to be based in Munich, Germany, and we support with your relocation, if applicable. We offer a hybrid option to work partly remote with 2-3 office days per week.
You have:
- University degree, preferably in business, natural sciences, or engineering, paired with a passion for digital technologies- It is recommended to have at least 3 years experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role such as Product Manager, Solution Consultant or Requirement Engineer with highly challenging and demanding stakeholders- Strong skills in defining a product vision and translating it into a product backlog that is aligned with senior business and technology stakeholders- Understanding of MarTech and CRM technologies- Sound experience with MS Azure suite and JIRA- Experience with storytelling as a tool to gather organizational support and momentum- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
