- und Pharmabranche mit Sitz in Sachsen. Wir sind weltweit Marktführer auf dem Gebiet der Herstellung von Präkursoren und Kits für PET-Diagnostika. Diese finden in der Hauptsache ihre Anwendung bei der Erkennung von Tumoren mittels der Positronen-Emissions-Tomographie (PET).

Für die Mitarbeit bei der GMP Herstellung von Peptiden und peptidähnlichen Strukturen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Chemiker (m/w/d) für unser Team.

**Qualifikation**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Chemie (bzw. vergleichbarer Naturwissenschaften) vorzugsweise mit Promotion in der Peptidchemie
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wären wünschenswert
- Vorzugsweise Berufserfahrung in der Synthese von Peptiden und im GMP Bereich
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Charakterisierung organischer Verbindungen (HPLC, NMR)
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbständigkeit
- Effizienter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Teamfähigkeit, Bereitschaft zu flexibler Arbeitszeit und interner Weiterbildung
- Fähigkeit zur Führung von technischen Mitarbeitern
**Aufgabe**:
- Betreuung der Herstellung von Peptiden für den Routinebetrieb, sowohl durch manuelle als auch automatische Peptidsynthese in einem regulierten Umfeld (QM)
- Analyse von Peptiden und Vorstufen mittels HPLC-MS und NMR
- Gefriertrocknung von Bulkprodukten und Abfüllungen
- Technologie Transfer von neuentwickelten Synthesen in die GMP Produktion
- Erstellung von verschiedenen GMP regulierten Dokumenten (u.a. Herstellungsdokumente, Deviation, Change Control, Validierungsdokumente)
- Projektmanagement und Dokumentenverwaltung
- Unterstützung bei Validierungs
- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten
