**Your profile**:
VP Finance at 3YOURMIND You report to the CEO. Your key stakeholders will be The Companies Board, members of the Management Team, employees, and professional advisors. OUTCOMES / OBJECTIVES VISION CREATION. Alongside the CEO and the rest of the Management Team, you will define the vision, set the strategy to achieve the vision, and transform the operating model to deliver success. Pro-active contribution to the strategic goals of 3YOURMIND, including active involvement in new initiatives and business development. VALUE CREATION. Transforming our business to create results will be crucial. You will develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction and periodically issue financial and operating metrics. You will modify financial functions and processes to promote cost management and the use of metrics. You will standardize data and systems to enhance efficiency and performance. You will create an accurate, consistent, and robust financial metric reporting monthly. CASH MANAGEMENT. You understand working capital pressures, liquidity, and free cash flows. Given how crucial managing cash is to a rapidly growing business, it will be essential to be involved in creating hiring plans and revenue forecasts. Knowing when to spend and suggest investments to the management is also a critical part of your role. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING. You will take care of a streamlined finance operation (including planning & control cycle) to add value to the business. You will align financial and management accounting with the ambition and resources of 3YOURMIND. You will produce annual budgets and forecasts. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT. Continual dialogue and interaction with all stakeholders is an absolute must. You will have accurate, granular, and robust data to inform those conversations at any point in the month. LEVERAGE TECHNOLOGY. Technology can be leveraged to facilitate the focus on scale. You should understand and adopt the right digital tools at 3YOURMIND. BUILD A STRONG TEAM. You continuously strive for a scalable, high-quality finance organization.

**Your responsibilities**:
Planning
- Produce annual budgets and forecasts.
- Develop financial and tax strategies (including transfer pricing, loss utilization, local VAT, and taxation)
- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction, periodically issue financial and operating metrics

Operations & Management
- Work with external tax and legal advisers
- Provide financial input to critical decisions as a member of the management team
- Manage the global accounting, HR, and admin functions
- Manage outsourced functions, including global payroll, accounting & audit, and tax
- Implement operational best practices
- Identify efficiencies within 3YOURMINDs’ global processes and systems

Financial Information & Reporting
- Ensure completion of day-to-day accounting activities
- Reporting of management accounts internally monthly
- Reporting of management accounts to the board of directors monthly
- Contributing to Board meetings as an observer, as well as taking minutes
- Reporting of budget variance analysis monthly
- Provide financial input to the shareholder reporting quarterly
- Timely preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for group and local entities

Risk Management
- Construct, implement and monitor reliable control systems
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Ensure that record keeping meets the legal and audit requirements
- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

Funding
- Monitor cash balance
