**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung des Vorgesetzten im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Terminplanung und -management
- Organisation, Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Besprechungen der Konzern
- Geschäftsführung, der jeweiligen Geschäftsführung, von Beiratssitzungen, Workshops, Sitzungen und Tagungen, intern und extern
- Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen und Erstellung von Präsentationen mit komplexen Inhalten nach Stichworten
- Erstellung von Protokollen und Nachverfolgung von ToDo Listen
- Sicherung von reibungslosen Arbeitsabläufen und einer guten Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Geschäftsführung, der verschiedenen Bereiche der Konzerndivision sowie mit den operativen Einheiten im In
- und Ausland und mit externen Stellen
- Zentrale Koordinierung von Sonderprojekten und selbständige Erledigung der daraus resultierenden Aufgaben, inkl. Überwachung und Einhaltung des zur Verfügung stehenden Budgets
- Aufbau und Pflege der Ablagestrukturen in Outlook und für andere Dokumente, auch von streng vertraulichen Dokumenten
- Vorbereitung bzw. selbständige Erledigung der gesamten eingehenden und ausgehenden Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
- Planung, Vorbereitung und Abrechnung von nationalen und internationalen Geschäftsreisen
- Betreuung von internen und externen Gästen
- Unterstützung des Management Teams von Innovation & Technology
- Organisation von Strategie-Meetings
- Aufbau und Pflege von Teams in MS-Teams
