- Responsible for all activities and P&L of the “Fast Hall TMR Sensors Business Unit”
- Define and execute product roadmap & portfolio towards market demand: drive new innovative product developments in the field of fast Hall and current sensors with innovative magnetic sensing technologies
- Develop the product pipeline and maximize business wins. Target for this position is to build a 50-100 Mio EUR business unit and develop state-of-the-art technology to support this business growth
- Driving business and product development to success
- Responsible for product releases to the market on time, budget, spec and quality targets
- This role reports to CSO and has people responsibility for an engineering and product development team
- Further grow and develop your team to excellence
- Managing resource and project prioritization within the BU
- P&L responsibility for all product lines within the BU, driving financial decisions
- Ensure sustainable business growth to optimized profit in short, medium, and long term

**Your Profile**:

- Master in a technical domain (semiconductor or similar).
- 10+ years experience in business development and mgt in a highly technical (automotive) position
- MBA or PhD in the field of semiconductor technologies is of advantage but not must. Highly entrepreneurial attitude and track record is a must
- Strong leadership mentality with focus on team success
- Strong background in semiconductor sensing technology like magnetic or current sensing is very important for this position
- Detailed understanding of the semiconductor sensors market, ideally in the automotive market to understand in depth the full range of opportunities
- Working experience with Japanese culture is an advantage
- Experiences in project, program, and resource management, including foundries and OSAT companies (preferably, involving off-shore factories) is nice to have
- Willingness to travel, 4-6x weeks/year to Asia is important for this position
- Detailed understanding of project and product cost modeling is expected
- Proficiency with MS office is essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German, other languaes like Japanese are an asset
- Experience with roadmap development and execution are a strong advantage
- Proven leadership to drive, motivate and elevate engineering teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and interpersonal skills are required
- Customer centric thinking and planning
- Team-player attitude, win together - lose together
