Für unser Headquarter in Darmstadt suchen wir zum 15. Dezember 2024 einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) im Bereich Marketing - Communication und Social Media, Division Consumer Beauty für mindestens 6 Monate.

HAUPTAUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
Als Praktikant (m/w/d) im Marketing Team für die Produkte der Coty Consumer Beauty Marken
startest Du auf den spannenden Marken Manhattan & Max Factor in der Kategorie "Dekorative Kosmetik"
wirst Du in das Tagesgeschäft eines Brand Equity & Communications Managers integriert
unterstützt Du bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketing
- und Mediastrategien, Produktneueinführungen sowie im Social Media Bereich. Hier bist Du für kleinere Projekte und Kampagnen eigenverantwortlich zuständig und unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung der entsprechenden Marketing-Maßnahmen
bringst Du Dich mit hoher Social Media Affinität, besonders TikTok und Instagram, bei der Unterstützung des Content Calendars und mit Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen ein und leitest davon Handlungsmaßnahmen ab
gehören die eigenständige Erstellung von kreativen Videos und Bildern für unsere Social Media Kanäle, vor allem TikTok, zu deinem Daily Business
bist Du immer up-to-date und weißt über alle Trendthemen auf Social Media Bescheid und setzt diese für Manhattan um
koordinierst Du Influencer und beantwortest Community Anfragen
bist Du in permanenter, enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellenbereichen wie Brand Management, Influencer Marketing, eCom, Trade Marketing, Sales sowie externen Agenturen.
DER IDEALE COTY FIT
Du studierst seit mindestens drei Semestern einen wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang (Bachelor, Master oder Gap Year) - idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Communication und hast bisher sehr gute Studienergebnisse
Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Rahmen von Praktika mit
Du besitzt eine gute Ausdrucksweise und begeisterst darüber hinaus mit Deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Neben der Begeisterung für Beauty bringst Du zudem eine hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen mit
Eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus
Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind sehr gut
Den Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel, sowie Photoshop oder Indesign beherrschst Du sicher
