Tasks
For the Salesforce Consultant online course the company is looking for an Assistant Trainer to join the team from within Germany for 32 hours/week. The mission is to help people get started in the field by providing qualified training.
- Support the main teacher during the class lecture and also in a substitute teaching capacity.
- Act as a mentor and mediator to students to ensure a positive atmosphere in the class.
- Assist students with tasks, technical issues, and soft skills - in groups and individuals.
- Responsible for documentation (student feedback, course materials, schedules, etc).
**Requirements**:
- You are gaining first relevant work experience with Salesforce.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with German a plus but not a requirement.
- Your planning skills and team spirit distinguish you, as well as your positive, engaging attitude.
- You have a deep and unwavering belief that all students can be academically successful.
- You also have a passion for teaching, and communicate in a clear manner.
- You are currently pursuing a Salesforce certification (preferred).

- Students learn through customized materials, get hands-on experience with Trailhead exercises and attend specialized workshops.
