Working Student Global Innovation

**Your tasks**:
- Even when our founding father Gottfried Schenker founded the company in the 19th century, he proved that innovation is anchored in our DNA. As the first logistics company to carry out the first rail groupage service from Paris to Vienna in 1873, he combined small consignments into larger transport units. Today, as one of the world's leading logistics service providers, we are committed to advance our business and our services for our customers every day.- Get to know DB Schenker's Global Innovation unit with numerous exciting projects and actively participate with us in shaping the logistics of tomorrow and the day after tomorrow- In this role you will be responsible for following tasks:
- Support with trends, foresights and news feeds for DB Schenker
- Identification, analysis and evaluation of current technology and innovation trends including an assessment of the business potential
- Project specific research
- Support of the innovation team in the preparation, design and implementation of creative innovation workshops
- Support of the innovation team in the planning, control and implementation of innovation projects
- Creation of presentations and creative communication media with a focus on knowledge and method transfer
- Inquiry, preparation and editing of articles for internal and external innovation magazines and reports
- Support with administrative activities
**Requirements**:
To be successful in the above role, you should possess display the following key skills:
- You are a student (min. 5th semester) or graduate of a university in the field of computer science, engineering and/or economics and you are characterized by a high interest in innovations and digital trends
- You are available for at least 6 months
- You are a lateral thinker and are strongly interested in the latest developments in mobility and logistics
- You have excellent analytical as well as conceptual skills
- You have excellent communication skills and a strong organizational talent
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Very good MS-Office knowledge, especially in PowerPoint
- (optional) Good knowledge of MURAL and Feedly
