Summary

For the area "Pay and Time" we are looking for a "Payroll Clerk (f/m/d)" at the Ulm location as soon as possible.

As part of our "Pay and Time" team, you will be responsible for pay-related, time management and tariff-related tasks at the German HENSOLDT locations.

Your Tasks- Advising employees, HR business partners and managers on the applicable statutory, collective bargaining and company regulations in general and specialist matters relating to payroll accounting and time management- Creation and maintenance of time management and payroll data- Preparation and execution of payroll accounting in compliance with collective bargaining, company, tax and social security regulations- Processing of special transactions (for example, collective agreement increases, one-time payments, earnings protection, vacation pay)- Checking of the determined data and payroll results including error analysis and error correction- Preparation of various personnel evaluations, key figures and statistics- Correspondence, preparation of certificates and provision of information to external bodies (authorities, social insurance agencies, health insurance funds)- Active participation in the optimization and digitalization of processes

Your Profile- You have completed commercial vocational training or have comparable qualifications- You have several years of experience in payroll accounting and personnel work- Sound and up-to-date knowledge of tax, social security and labor law- You are confident with MS Office programs and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with different HR systems- Knowledge of Atoss, SAP and Accurat is advantageous- You are passionate about customer needs and HR service delivery- Responsible, independent and service-oriented way of working- You are a committed and team player who works independently and is open to challenges- You enjoy supporting change processes and working on them as part of a team- You have good communication skills and a good sense of humor
