For our Project Documentation Management (PDMA) team in Offshore Execution, we are looking for a working student.

The PDMA is responsible for defining the standards, processes, and tools related to the delivery of the documentation scope for our large Offshore wind farms and ensuring the delivery of this package. The team members are responsible for managing the timely and quality delivery of the documentation scope on our various execution projects.

How to contribute to our vision

As a part of our team you will:

- work on execution projects in close collaboration with the quality coordinator focusing on the WTG as-built package. support on ad hoc tasks for improvement of the as-built documentation scope and the following:

- support Team Lead, Documentation Management in preparing meetings, presentations and team events as well as preparing and analyzing data
- support Project Documentation Managers with ad hoc tasks on offshore execution projects
- take responsibility for small improvement projects within a large team

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- someone who is beginning their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- working experience in an multinational office team would be considered a plus
- first experience in automatizing tasks and workflows with PowerApps
- some experience with and/or interest in IT systems used for Documentation Management such as Aconex it will be considered a plus.
- advanced English skills, both orally and in writing; intermediate/upper intermediate German skills would be a plus
- someone who is comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment
- a strong communicator and networker on portfolio topics with other teams
- a can-do mindset when facing challenges and an outgoing personality
- a strong result
- and customer-oriented approach
