Chief Information Security Officer

Als Chief Information Security Officer (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Informationssicherheit der Xella Gruppe. Mit Ihrem Team entwickeln und implementieren Sie die IT-Sicherheitsstrategie nach aktuellen EU-Standards und beraten die Fachabteilungen in allen informationssicherheitsrelevanten Themen.
**Das erwartet Sie**:
- Leitung und Entwicklung des Bereichs Information Security einschließlich Mitarbeiterführung
- Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung, Anwendung sowie permanente Analyse des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems und der -organisation
- Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen, insbesondere der IT, mit organisatorischen und technischen Vorgaben bzw. Empfehlungen zur Steigerung der Informationssicherheit
- Überwachung und Überprüfung der implementierten IT-Sicherheitsstrukturen und der ergriffenen technischen Maßnahmen basierend auf Risk Assessments
- Unterstützung und Begleitung von informationssicherheitsrelevanten internen und externen Audits sowie Projekten
- Auswertung und Beratung bei Informationssicherheitsvorfällen
- Beratung der Unternehmensführung in zentralen Fragen der Informationssicherheit

**Das bringen Sie mit**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, IT-Sicherheit oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse von einschlägigen Regularien und Standards im Bereich Informationssicherheit (z.B. ISO 27001, BSI IT Grundschutz, CIS Controls, NIST)
- Aktuelle Zertifizierung als TISP, CISSP, CISM oder vergleichbarer Zertifizierung mit Bezug aus ISO 27001
- Souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikation auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
