WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN
- Entwicklung von (technischen) Architekturen und Zielbildern, die die Geschäfts
- und IT-Strategie unterstützen
- Definition und Überprüfung von IT-Architekturprinzipien, -richtlinien und -standards unter Berücksichtigung geltender IT-Compliance
- und IT-Security-Vorgaben
- Erstellung und Pflege von Capability Maps zum kontinuierlichen Abgleich der Gesamtarchitektur und der Geschäftsstrategie
- Analyse von aktuell eingesetzten Technologien im Unternehmen und Herausstellen von Verbesserungs
- und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Experten (m/w/d) und Stakeholdern innerhalb des Unternehmens, um sicherzustellen, dass die Technologien gemäß den vereinbarten Standards konzipiert und umgesetzt werden

**Diese Stelle kann an den Standorten in Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Neuenstadt und Unterlüß oder ggf. remote besetzt werden.**

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Bezug (z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Architektur von Diensten, einschließlich der Verwendung von konzeptionellen Rahmenwerken wie TOGAF und ITIL
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von On Premise
- und Cloud-Infrastruktur-Themen, Projektmanagement und professionelle Führungsqualitäten
- Umfassende Kenntnisse über bewährte Verfahren und Sicherheitsstandards für IT-Infrastrukturen
- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz und ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Schwerpunktbereiche: Cloud (Azure, AWS, Cloud Governance), Enterprise Architecture Management, Applikationen (M365), Basis-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk/Virtualisierung/Storage/Backup), Workplace
- Branchenübliche Zertifizierungen in den praktizierten Disziplinen
- Strategisches Denken und Fähigkeit, in einem sich wandelnden Umfeld Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
