Seit über 50 Jahren sind wir als erfolgreicher Anbieter von Teilhabeleistungen für Menschen mit geistiger oder psychischer Behinderung und als zuverlässiger Dienstleister für unsere gewerblichen Kunden aus Industrie und Handel tätig.
Für den Einsatz im Übergangsmanagement von der Werkstatt auf den Allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt suchen wir für das Büro für Rehabilitation ab sofort einen Jobcoach (all genders welcome) mit dem Schwerpunkt im Stadtgebiet Bergisch-Gladbach.
Das ist bei uns zu tun:
- Sie begleiten und fördern Beschäftigte mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung im Übergang aus der Werkstatt in Betriebe des Allgemeinen Arbeitsmarktes
- Sie beraten Klient*innen in Fragen der beruflichen Orientierung im Einzelsetting oder im Gruppenkontext
- Sie planen die Qualifizierung von Klient*innen im Übergangsmanagement
- Sie akquirieren Betriebe des Allgemeinen Arbeitsmarktes analog der Bedarfe und Wünsche der Klient*innen
- Sie übernehmen die Anleitung bei beruflichen Aufgabenstellungen im Betrieb und beraten Arbeitgeber in pädagogischen Fragestellungen vor Ort
- Sie beraten Arbeitgeber in Kooperation mit dem Integrationsfachdienst zu finanziellen Fördermöglichkeiten im Übergang in sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung
- Sie leiten Peergroup-Treffen und planen und gestalten Schulungen zu berufsbezogenen und übergreifenden Qualifizierungsthemen
Darauf legen wir Wert:
- Qualifikation als Arbeitserzieher, Ergotherapeut, Studium der Sozialpädagogik oder andere abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit sonderpädagogischer Zusatzausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung.
- Hohe Motivation zur Förderung von Menschen mit Behinderung zur Verbesserung der Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben
- Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Fähigkeit zu eigenverantwortlichem Handeln
- Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten sowie Beratungs
- und Vertriebskompetenz
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der beruflichen Integration
- Führerschein Klasse B
