Als unser **Product Sourcer **(m/w/d) spielst Du die entscheidende Rolle bei unserem exponentiellen Unternehmenswachstum. Du brainstormst kontinuierlich nach neuen Produkten um unser Angebot zu erweitern. Doch nicht nur das - Du konzipierst die Anforderungen, die ein neues Artikel erfüllen muss, um bei uns aufgenommen zu werden. Danach begleitest Du Dein Baby auf dem Weg bis hin zur Implementierung und Einbindung auf unserer Webseite. Zum Schluss kannst Du beobachten wie unsere junge High-Performance-Marketingabteilung dafür sorgt, dass Dein Produkt zu einem Top-Seller wird

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Erstellung von Marktanalysen
- Erweiterung unseres Produktportfolios
- Erarbeitung von Key Selling Points
- Preisverhandlungen mit dem Hersteller
- Entwicklung, Entwurf und Reinzeichnung von Katalogen, Produktinformationen sowie Verkaufsunterlagen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Markenimage und der Designrichtlinien des Unternehmens

**Dein Profil**
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Product Sourcing
- Interesse, sich in technische Produkte einzuarbeiten
- Absoluter Teamplayer
- Zuverlässiges und termintreues Arbeitsverständnis
- Freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation
- Gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Kreativität und Ideenreichtum
- Sprachkenntnisse: Flüssiges Deutsch oder Englisch
