Als Nike Store Athlete (Sales Associate) ist es deine Aufgabe, unseren Konsumenten eine erstklassige Einkaufserfahrung zu bieten, indem ihr als Team, mit dem erforderlichen Fachwissen auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Konsumenten eingeht und ihnen mit Hilfe der Produkte und Services von Nike eine Komplettlösung anbietet, mit der die Konsumenten das erhalten, was sie benötigen, um ihre Trainings
- und Wettkampfziele zu erreichen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Kompetenz in den Bereichen Kundenservice, Verkaufstaktik und Produktwissen, um Kunden die richtigen Produkte zu empfehlen und die Umsätze zu steigern
- Stärken der Markenbindung der Kunden durch erstklassigen Service und Schaffen eines authentischen Markenimages, das zum Setting im Store passt
- sehr gute Kenntnis der diversen Bereiche des Store, die Fähigkeit, reguläre Transaktionen über das Kassensystem abzuwickeln, den Bereich Warenein
- und ausgang mitzubetreuen, Nachfüllen der Ware auf der Verkaufsfläche, Ausführung von Reinigungsarbeiten und Aufbau von Werbematerial, falls erforderlich
- Informiert Kunden und neuen Mitarbeitern über die Produkte. Nimmt Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten wahr, um ein fortgeschrittenes Level oder spezifisches Wissen über den Vertrieb, über Produkte und die Unternehmenskultur von Nike, Verkaufstaktiken und Services zu erlangen
- Unterstützt Leads, Senior Associates und Manager bei der Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern
- Unterstützung von Schadensverhütungsmaßnahmen durch proaktiven Kundenservice "

Qualifications - External

Qualifikationen:

- Erfahrung im Kundenservice und/oder Einzelhandel wünschenswert
- Nachweisliche Leidenschaft für die Marke Nike
- Beherrscht die mathematischen Grundrechenarten Addition, Subtraktion, Multiplikation und Division
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
- Ist in der Lage, auch unter Stress mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig auszuführen
- Ist teamfähig und sehr kundenorientiert
