Als Recruiting-Partner von Sunrock suchen wir genau Dich als **(Senior) Associate** (w/m/d) **Project Finance and Investments** in Vollzeit für den Standort in Düsseldorf, Hamburg oder München. Zurzeit hat Sunrock mehr als 1 GWp an Solaranlagen in der Entwicklung, aber das ist noch nicht alles Sunrock dehnt sein Geschäft auf neue Gebiete aus, indem es neue Energiemanagementdienste und (groß angelegte) Batteriespeichersysteme entwickelt und einen eigenen Energiehandelssparte errichtet. ️

Als Teil des Structured Finance & Investments (SF&I) Teams bist Du zuständig für die wirtschaftliche Strukturierung der Projekte. Deine Tätigkeiten sind vielseitig und umfassen unterschiedliche Aufgaben, von der Arrangierung der Portfoliofinanzierung bis zur Verhandlung von Stromabnahme
- und Dachpachtverträgen.

- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen mehreren Abteilungen und bringst die Informationen zusammen in Dein Financial Modell, damit fundierte Entscheidungen getroffen werden können
- Du strukturierst Projekte und unterbreitest den Logistik
- und Industriekunden das bestmögliche Angebot
- Du wachst über die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte und identifizierst frühzeitig Chancen und Risiken
- Du kommunizierst regelmäßig mit den Kapitalgebern, sowohl intern als auch extern
- Du machst Dich schlau über die letzten Trends im Markt
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, kannst Menschen auf sympathische Weise von guten Vorschlägen überzeugen und gehst mutig voran, um Ideen zu realisieren
- Du bist ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner für alle internen und externen Projektpartner im Hinblick auf die Finanzierung
- Du bist im Kontakt mit den internationalen Teams zur Verbesserung der Prozesse, Tools und dem generellen Wissensaustausch

**Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet**
- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Hintergrund (BWL, VWL, WiWi) mit
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der (Projekt-)Finanzierung
- Erfahrung mit Modellierung und Strukturierung
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit und einen Willen, die Energiewende aktiv voranzutreiben
- Du fühlst Dich sicher mit Zahlen, und Financial Modelling ist kein Fremdwort für Dich
- Du bist analytisch und kommunikativ stark & flexibel
- Du hast eine lösungsorientierte Einstellung Deine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise trifft auf gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
- Ge: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung
