**Job Description**:
**Your mission during this flight**:

- You will coordinate all simulator, flight instruction, and evaluation, as applicable.
- You will have functional authority and supervision of instructors, examiners, and their standardization
- You will assist the Head of Training on crew training activities in general and take part in the assessment and selection of new SFI/TRI/TRE and SFE
- You will be responsible for determining that the syllabi for all training and checking follow all applicable requirements
- You will ensure that training facilities and course materials meet the required qualification and performance standards of Volocopter ATO and the applicable Authority
- You will ensure that all your personnel know the rules and procedures relevant to their duties and that their qualification is documented
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all Trainees meet the training requirements imposed by Volocopter ATO, the relevant Authority
- You will have responsibility for evaluating flight training feedback, forward proposals,and initiating measures to maintain or improve the training standards derived thereof

**Qualifications**:
**Check in your professional skills**:

- University degree
- 8+ years of experience in the aviation industry
- Experience as a commander on fixed
- or rotary-wing aircraft
- Previous training experience as TRI or TRE
- Previous experience in leading teams
- Management experience and expertise in an airline training department, preferably in a comparable organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of aviation training philosophies
