**Why this is your opportunity**:
You are the soul of our charly hotel location in Bonn, our eyes and hands on site, the support for our guests and the person who creates unforgettable experiences.
- ** Hero(ine) on site**: you are the only charly person at the hotel and independently take care of the operational processes - communication and coordination of external partners (e.g. cleaning), general maintenance of the entire hotel, guest care, emergency management
- ** Quality maintenance**: you keep an eye on all details on site, always take care of maintaining the quality in the entire hotel and solve problems on your own initiative
- ** Creation of unique experiences**: by independently tackling your own projects on site and always having an open ear for the concerns of our guests, you will achieve your goal of constantly improving the guest experience
- ** Operations crew support**: you are in constant exchange with the whole Hospitality Operations crew (hosts at other locations and General Operations in Munich) for overall customer support and the improvement of various operational processes

**Why we’ll love you**:

- Professional or educational background in the fields of tourism, hospitality, service or community management
- Business fluent command of German and English required (other languages are a plus), European working permit, and availability as of March 2023
- You are a caretaker in a charmingly and natural way: customer/service-oriented mindset, independent and structured way of working, hands-on mentality with proactive solution thinking
- Great digital understanding, ability to work under pressure and keep an overview in a fast paced work environment
