**Präzision braucht Leidenschaft - Deine Aufgabe**:

- Als Technical Customer Service Administrator (m/w/d) bist du für die Reparatur und Kalibrierung hochwertiger High-Speed Kameras oder anderen elektronischen Geräten zuständig
- Du bist nicht nur Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Dienstleister, sondern baust diese Geschäftsbeziehungen auch gerne weiter aus
- Du entwickelst eigenständige Lösungen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und behältst die Qualität der reparierten Kameras und Geräte beim Warenausgang stets im Blick
- Die Koordination der eingehenden Reparaturaufträge sowie die Verbesserung der Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen liegen ebenfalls in deinen Verantwortungsbereich

**Wir brauchen Dich - Dein Profil**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industrieelektroniker, vorzugsweise Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme, staatlich geprüfter Elektrotechniker oder kannst vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung vorweisen
- Kenntnisse in Layout-Programmen wie z.B. EAGLE oder Altium wären von Vorteil, sind aber kein Muss
- Dich zeichnet nicht nur deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und dein technisches Verständnis zu Schaltplänen und Zeichnungen aus, sondern du arbeitest auch gerne selbstständig und kundenorientiert
- Gutes Deutsch und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
