This opportunity resides with **Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR)**, a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. From towers to processors, we design, develop, integrate and manage the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) operations, exploitation and analysis for the Intelligence Community, the military services, geographic and functional combatant commands and DoD agencies.

**Meet HII’s Mission Technologies Division**

**Summary**:
HII-Mission Technologies seeks to fill a Client Engagement Representative position to support our USAFRICOM mission partner. This position requires an experienced DOD leader with a background and associated experience in aviation operations, personnel recovery, and casualty evacuation aircraft operations, with knowledge depth in DMCA 8210.1D. The Client Engagement Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all USAFRICOM stakeholders. The Client Engagement Representative requirements will include daily engagements with USAFRICOM stakeholders, routine meetings with our Program Management and Operations teams, and development of and review of contract deliverables and products before they are submitted to the mission and the contracting officer's representative.

**The Client Engagement Representative position is required to work from either Stuttgart Germany or from an operating location in Africa for at least 6 weeks of every two months.**

**What You Will Do**:

- Represents company to external and internal customers
- Answers operations-related questions
- Interprets and clarifies customer requirements
- Engages with customers on a daily basis to provide feedback on daily operations
- Confers with Program Management regarding customer insights and concerns
- Identifies quality assurance complaints and reviews products in advance of delivery to eliminate those quality concerns before they occur
- Tracks the deployment status of personnel supporting this contract
- Achieve, manage, and maintain CAIMs certification for operations.
- Supports other tasks as required

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 5+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
- 2+ years of CAIMs experience.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active SECRET security clearance.

**Preferred: Bonus Points For...**:

- 5+ years of experience in personnel recovery and casualty evacuation aircraft operations.

**Physical Requirements**:
This position will require working in a deployed location, outdoors, and in an office. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Must meet physical and medical requirements for deployment to austere locations within the AFRICOM AOR. May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
