**Head of Monetization (m/w/d)**:
**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Als Head of Monetization bei FUNKE Digital Publishing liegt Deine Hauptverantwortung in der Maximierung der Werbeumsätze für unsere vielfältigen Publikationen und Produkte sowie in der (Weiter-) Entwicklung neuer Erlösströme (z.B. ecommerce)
- Zusammen mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du unser bestehendes Produktportfolio weiter und bist in der Lage, unsere bestehenden Revenue-Modelle nicht nur zu verstehen, sondern auch datengetrieben weiterzuentwickeln
- Marktbeobachtungen, Analysen von Markttrends und die Anpassung derer an die dynamischen Marktbedingungen gehören zu Deinem Daily-Business
- Du stimmst Dich eng mit anderen Abteilungen hinsichtlich Kommunikation, Preisstrategien und Geschäftsmodellen ab, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Ziele erreicht werden und effektive Monetarisierungsstrategien entwickelt und umgesetzt werden können
- Neben dem Führen aktiver Vertragsverhandlungen und Aufstellungen ganzheitlicher Konzepte, liegt der Aufbau und die Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen zu wichtigen Werbepartner*innen und -kund*innen in Deinen Händen
- Die stetige Optimierung unserer Werbeplattformen und -prozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz runden Dein Aufgabengebiet ab

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung in der Monetarisierung digitaler Inhalte, vorzugsweise in einem Medien
- oder Publishing-Umfeld sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Vertriebserfahrung in eine Leitungsposition mit
- Du punktest durch analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit datengesteuerten Entscheidungsprozessen und einem tiefen Verständnis für Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement und Preisgestaltung
- Neben Deinen exzellenten Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs
- und Kundenbindungsfähigkeiten sprichst Du verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch
- Als ein absoluter Teamplayer bist Du bereit, in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und Deine unternehmerische DNA und Hands-on-Mentalität einzubringen
