**Gruppenleiter Infrastructure Implementation - Region Ost (m/w/d) für Vantage Towers**
Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick mit? Bist Du offen für Veränderungen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Gruppenleiter Infrastructure Implementation in der Region Ost (m/w/d). In Deiner Rolle nutzt Du Deine Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement & Deine fundierten Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzaufbau und unterstützt uns beim Infrastrukturausbau der Vantage Towers Germany.
**Das sind Deine Herausforderungen**:
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Rollout passiver Infrastruktur bei Neubau
- und Umbaumaßnahmen im Mobilfunk (Bereich Tower) unter Einhaltung der Termin
- und Budgetvorgaben und unter Beachtung der wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen bis zur Übergabe an den:die Kund:in.
- Du bist verantwortlich für den zielgerichteten Einsatz des der Gruppe zugeordneten Budgets für Investitionen einschließlich der Ableitung von Budgetoptimierungsmaßnahmen.
- Du gestaltest die konzeptionelle Zusammenarbeit und eigenständige Verhandlungsführung mit externen Dienstleistern und Vendoren im Rahmen der operativen Netzausbauprojekte für Vodafone-Deutschland sowie weiterer (ext.) Kund:innen.
- Du prüfst unsere Prozesse aktiv auf Verbesserungspotenzial und gibst Feedback an zentrale Stakeholder für „best practise“-Ansätze, auch zur Einführung neuer kostengünstiger Technologien und Projekte.
- Du erstellst Anforderungen für die Weiterentwicklung von Infrastruktur-spezifischen Reportings.
**Das bringst Du mit**:
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung (Nachrichtentechnik / Informatik / Physik / Elektrotechnik) oder gleichwertige in der Praxis erworbene Kenntnisse (z.B. langjährige Berufserfahrung als Techniker /-in)
- Langjährige (über 5 Jahre) Erfahrung in der TK- Branche und im Projektmanagement sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Prozesse im Bereich Netzaufbau (Festnetz und Mobilfunk)
- Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Gestaltung und Implementierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen im Bereich Deployment und in den angrenzenden Fachbereichen
- Eine ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Denk
- und Arbeitsweise, kompetentes Auftreten, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungskompetenz im Umgang mit internen und externen Lieferanten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER)
Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
