Ihre Aufgaben
- Office Excellence: Koordinationsverantwortung für die Abteilung Supply Systems
- Bearbeitung aller Korrespondenz im Zuständigkeitsbereich der Abteilungsleitung (Deutsch/Englisch)
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten, Analysen, und KPI´s für das Team
- Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben (Terminvereinbarungen, Datenpflege, Telefon, etc.)
- Organisation, Vor
- und Nachbereitung sowie Protokollieren von Besprechungen
- Planung und Organisation von Dienstreisen, Tagungen und Seminaren (national und international)
- Projektkoordination und Projektcontrolling
- Unterstützung in der Budgetplanungen sowie Kontrolle der Sachkosten und Investitionen
Ihr Profil
- Qualifikation Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im kaufmännischen Bereich, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieur
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Offenheit, Dynamik und Lernbereitschaft für neue Aufgaben
- Loyalität, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen und Daten
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, selbstständiger Arbeitsstil und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen (Power Point, Excel)
- Englischkenntnisse B2 und Deutschkenntnisse C1
