**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Build optimized design frameworks and Architecture documents for proposals.
- Build domain competency and ability to understand customer requirements.
- Provide solution architecture for existing and newly starting projects covering complete system architecture or parts of it.
- Help projects to solve technical problems like
- performance, design, usability etc.
- Architecture consulting for end customers.
- Create and review various faculties of architecture.
- Be a part of crack team for new products & services, new/ evolving business models.
- Identify and suggest areas of new offerings aligned with customer needs.
- Conduct solution workshops for the customers.
- Lead customer and technology POCs.

**Required Skills**:

- 9+ years of professional experience as an embedded software developer in automotive.
- Completed studies in the field of electronics engineering, computer science, systems engineer or comparable.
- Experience with various Requirement Management tools like IBM DOORs/DNG, PTC Integrity etc.
- Experience with SysML tools like Enterprise Architect, IBM Rhapsody, NoMagic, MagicDraw, PTC Modeler, etc.
- Experience with Inverter and Motor Control systems for electric powertrain in automotive industry.
- Practical experience in ASPICE working methods, especially around specifications, requirements, and their documentation.
- Experience in software development with C according to AUTOSAR.
- Strong background and experience in performing Systems Engineering and Embedded software development for Powertrain systems.
- Strong know how on Model based systems engineering methodologies and workflows to perform level wise detailing of architecture and feature driven development.
- Ability to mentor system architects and review their developed system architecture designs.

**Good to have skills**:

- Functional understanding of mechatronic systems.
- Knowledge of system architecture alternative design and analysis to design optimal system architecture meeting product and customer requirement.
- German language proficiency.
- Good analytical skills e.g. in analysing the content of functional requirements.
- Proficient in technical communication both Written and Verbal.
- Willingness to learn and keep abreast with leading technologies.
- Structured and systematic way of working, result orientation and ability to work in a team.
