We are looking for an experienced and creative Instructional Designer, who feels passionate about helping others learn and grow, and wants to join our dedicated corporate training team.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the development of corporate learning experiences to improve onboarding, performance, and the growth of employees aligned with the company's vision and values
- Conduct instructional research and analyze diversity of our learners and contexts
- Develop instructional learning goals and create content that matches them
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and creates an engaging culture of learning
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, case-based learning, scenarios, games, etc)
- Decide on the criteria used to evaluate learners' performance and develop assessment instruments
- Keep project documentation and course folders organized
- Learn and grow together with our team, building on the newest trends in corporate learning, best competencies/skills development practices, corporate sustainability performance, and learning frameworks.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models (be able to explain how you would use them in your work)
- Curriculum planning skills
- Ability to write diversity of learning materials, including lectures, audio/video scripts, guides, manuals, etc
- Ability to find shared solutions with the team
- Ability to work proactively in an ambitious, fast growing, and dynamic environment
- Exceptional written and oral command of English
- Technical experience leveraging digital tools like Google Suite, Bitrix24 (or other PM tools), Microsoft Team, and Microsoft Office (everything extra is a plus)
- Some experience with learning management systems

**Our Hiring Process**:

- We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
- At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting (or Zoom, for as long as we are in a pandemic) where you will meet our INFUSEmedia team.
