**More about this role**

In Marketing, you’ll be among the ones who first capture our consumers’ needs, giving them a tantalizing taste of our brands. You’ll work to help our brands stay relevant to consumers by developing and activating brand plans that capture their imagination, passion and loyalty. The projects you will support within your internship will give you a broad insight into Brand Management for our beloved brands and let you lead your own projects.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assist development and implementation of strategies and plans to achieve ambitious business targets
- Support the Brand Manager in the design of the marketing mix and launching new campaigns, products or designs
- Supporting the execution of big brand campaigns
- Leading your own projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g. agencies)
- Supporting the team with daily business
- Creating market and competitor analyses and learning to derive recommendations for concrete business challenges

**Education / Certifications**:

- Studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in the field of Marketing, Communication or Business Administration

**Job specific requirements**:

- Fluent English, German is a plus
- First work experience through internships in Consumer Marketing or related fields beneficial; sales experience valued
- Creative and open-minded team player
- Strong analytical skills
- Dealing well with complexity and ambiguity
- Great organizing and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
