**Your mission**:
**Marketing Strategy Support**:

- Campaign Development: Assist in executing marketing campaigns that align with company goals.

**Content Creation and Coordination**:

- Content Development: Generate ideas and assist in creating/editing content for newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Content Management: Organise and maintain content libraries, ensuring easy access to resources for the team.

**Social Media Management**:

- Engagement Monitoring: Actively monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to foster a positive brand community.
- Content Resharing: Manage the resharing of relevant content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.Optimise content for different platforms to broaden audience engagement.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Performance Analysis: Conduct analysis of marketing performance metrics, using analytics tools to gather data on engagement and reach.
- Reporting: Compile detailed reports on marketing activities, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.

**General Marketing Support**:

- Administrative Tasks: Manage marketing-related correspondence, maintain organised records, and handle miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from campaigns and community interactions to improve marketing strategies and initiatives.

**Collaboration and Team Support**:

- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and provide support for brand-related projects.
- External Relationships: Assist in managing relationships with external partners and collaborators to support marketing initiatives.

**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing/completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (English and German)
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand engagement.
