**Aufgaben**:
**Deine Aufgaben als Health & Safety Officer (m/w/d)**:
- Du konzipierst, koordinierst und implementierst Maßnahmen im Gesundheits-, Arbeits
- sowie Umweltschutz und stellst
- sicher, dass gesetzliche Vorgaben sowie Prozesse und Standards eingehalten werden (z. B. Wegekonzept).
- Du analysierst Unfälle, Beinnahe-Unfälle sowie sicherheitsrelevante Vorfälle und leitest Maßnahmen ab.
- Du unterweist Mitarbeiter*Innen, führst Rundgänge durch die Produktion durch und bist aktiver Treiber und Vorbild in
- Sachen Sicherheit und Gesundheit für alle Prozessbeteiligten.
- Du begleitest den Prozess der Auswahl von Maschinen und Gebäudeumbauten von Beginn an, damit unsicheres Verhalten
- keine Chance hat.
- Gerne übernimmst Du zudem verschiedene weitere Projektthemen.
**Ihr Profil**:
**Dein Profil als Health & Safety Officer (m/w/d)**:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Arbeitssicherheit und/oder Umweltschutz oder eine vergleichbare
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Themenumfeld Health & Safety mit.
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und technisches Verständnis, verbunden mit dem Streben nach kontinuierlicher
- Verbesserung von Prozessen, Maschinen und Anlagen.
- Du verbindest strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit Deiner kommunikationsstarken
- und überzeugenden Persönlichkeit.
- Du bist sicher in Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen.
